Default off-road mid pipes

I have recently purchased a ls1 2004 gto. I'm not too up to date on these engines, I've only built ford modulars and carbed gm's.
Anyways to the point, if I install a off-road mid pipe what can I do to trick the o2 sensors into thinking there are still cats there?

Custom tuning or O2 sims are your only options.

Do you know of a company that makes 02 simulators or a hand held tuner that has that option?
