Default Looking to upgrade axles and spool, any suggestions

I have a moser 9" w/35 spline axles and a locker. I'm wanting to change to some lightweight gundrilled axles and a steel spool. does anyone know if the strange are any lighter than the moser axles? I was looking at the star flanged gun drilled ones on the website. Also does anyone know what I will have to check before I call and order them? like axle length and bearing size or are they going to know all of that already when i tell them what I have?

I have a set of Moser gun drilled and start flanged axles in my 3rd gen and I know for a fact that they are about 1 lb lighter that a Strange axle each. Note, gundrilled and star flanged axles are not recomended for street use.

ok thanks, I think I will be giving moser a call then. My car is no longer a street car that is why I'm upgrading to this stuff.

Moser or Mark Williams are top notch IMO.
