Default Blinkers Out

I started my car today and flipped on the blinker and the light just stays on in the dash. does not alternate on and off. I got out to check and see if they work on the outside and there are no blinkers working in the front. and they just stay on, do not toggle on and off, in the back depending on which way i activate the lever. The Hazard lights, break lights, parking lights, brights etc, work no problem at all. I checked EVERY fuse the make sure they were blown, yet not a single one was. All other electircal systems are functioning fine and no Service vehical or SES light is on. Ive racked my brain, any ideas?

Could be your blinker broke, hazards use a separate blinker.

If its not the bulbs, there is a canister like fuse under the dash. Above where your right knee would be. Replace it and see if that helps.
