LS2 Maf work on a LS1? I have a 418 stroker with a s/d tune, I am wanting to put a MAF back on it. A friend of mine has a maf off of his 05 GTO that he will give me. I think this is the same maf that is also on 01 and up Corvette's, will this work?

Isnt it just a regular old gm 85mm delphi maf. If so it will work if you have the 5 pin to 3 pin connecter but u will need to put in a different maf calibration.
