Default P0430 Code

Kept getting P0430 code so I installed O2 Sims.
I'm still getting the P0430 code but I can see
on the scanner the the rear O2 sims are working.
What else could make it throw this code???

If it's not the sensors, it's the catalytic converter. P0420 and P0430 are bad cat codes (unless O2 sensors are bad).

Thats what I thought the rear O2 sims were supposed to stop. The P0430 code still comes up with the sims in and working. I know the code is the cat but sims are supposed to tell computer it is working. Nothing else could make P0430 come on?

Maybe the sims are not working correctly?

O2 sensors, sims, or cats, what else is there?

I'd get rid of the sims and delete the codes.
