Default Coolant issue

So about a year ago I tried to flush my coolant, but all I seemed to flush out was my radiator. Stupidly, I filled the radiator up with all Dexcool, and almost no water. Now the 2nd radiator fan is on almost all the time, and I need to find a way to cool this thing down.

Can I just flush the radiator like I did last time, put a bottle of Redline Wate Wetter, 1/3 of a gallon of Dex, and fill the rest with water? Please note, I am in Florida, so the temperature never gets below freezing.

If not, what is the proper coolant flushing procedure on these things?

Not sure on the coolan flushing procedure but you would be fine to just drain the radiator half way and fill it the rest with water, everything will probably be fine.
