has anyone broke the slave after doing the drilll mod i have broke 4 slaves thinking it was something else but now i think its the drill mod has this happen to anyone!!

Your trans input shaft possibly, like stated is the pilot bearing wore out. There is no reason your slaves are breaking like that. Are you using GM slaves? Actually whats your complete clutch/hydro setup?
