P0121 and p0300 code?

P0121 and p0300 code? I'm getting both of these codes. The car has a miss around 2500 and 3000 RPM. I scanned for cylinder missfires and #3 shows about 150 missfires. I put a new coilpack, plug, and wire on and it still does it. Any ideas of what could be wrong? The car is a 99 SS camaro.
