Default Car vibrates while driving... hard idle... blue smoke

Coming back from my uncles house i'm trying to get on the freeway when a stupid lady cuts me off, and starts driving slow. So i step on it and pass her just as i pass her my car starts to vibrate... i continue to drive it into a store lot and find out that theres blue smoke coming out of my exhaust.. The car still runs but it has a hard rumble idle that shakes the car and when you drive it the car just rumbles hard and you cant step on it cause it feels like it'll just die.. cars been sitting for 4 days and now blue smoke seemed to stop coming out but the car still rumbles.. before this i noticed that i had the ticking noise most people get when they over rev or downshift from high rpm's i just changed my oil and filter and don't know whats wrong with my car.my uncle whos a mechanic at bmw said it could be a bad pcv but he said hes not sure. can someone help.. thanks alot... im tired of driving this girly bmw 325i has no power.......

Blue smoke is oil burning. Sounds like you are getting oil into one of your cylinders somehow.

Try replacing the pcv valve, it doesnt cost very much. How many miles on the car? Maybe a compression test on the cylinders? You may have a bad piston ring somewhere.

Check the oil and coolant levels first. It sounds like a possible internal problem. You can do a compression test to verify this. Don't tear the engine down until you are sure it's internal.

yea any of your local auto parts stores offer a compression tester for rent and or sell and a pcv valve is like 5 or 6 bucks.
