MAF w/out running o2's?

MAF w/out running o2's?
I couldn't remember if it was possible or not, but could you tune your o2's out and still run your MAF? What are the pros/cons of doing this? Im running in SD now, but Im starting to rethink that...Anybody?? All the of local site sponsors' tuners, they recommend running w/the MAF. "it'll support all the HP you throw at it." So, just trying to get everybodys opinion..Which Im sure will vary .

I dont think there is way... The MAF just tells the ECU how much air is coming in, and the O2s tell the ECU how well your car is burning it... They are both primary factors in fuel delivery

You can run any combination of with and without them.
I see little reason to delete either, but then again I see the benifits of injection rather than blindly believing it is the devils emmisions tool.
Ed Wright unquestionably one of the top computerized gm tuners in the country gained single digits on his monster that makes like 520 to the wheels through an 8" ati and 4L60E. What that means is that there is nobdy running NA who will get any meaningful benifit from deleteing the MAF

You can certainly run the MAF without o2s, the one is not tied to the other in any sense.
The MAF tells your computer how much air is entering the engine. The O2s tell it how much was burned by the current amount of fuel being used.
