peace of mind... haha... Seriously be wary of the high priced "stage 2/3" heads... If you think about it you can spend a couple more and get some good AFRs... If you're going with just 6.0 heads I would try some stock ones and upgrade the springs...

well you'd be lowering your compression, so you could potentially run more boost w/ less potential of detonation.
unmilled 5.3 heads are around 62cc IIRC
unmilled 6.0 heads are 72cc IIRC
