LT's, ORY, & SLP LMI on a bone stock Z28
im picking my bone stock Z28 up on monday and have 900 to spend... i was thinking of getting the pacesetter LT's and wrapping them in the thermal tape, a ORY, and the SLP LMI. do you guys think that thats going to be best to start off with for the 8-900. also, how loud do you think itll be? and how much hp should i expect to gain...thanks a lot!

It seems that people that go to this setup are happy..... for about a week. Then they start asking how to tame it down.
This should get you a 15 - 25rwhp gain, mostly from the headers.

Doesn' t sound like a bad set-up, except for the thermal tape. Several years ago, I heard of a guy (firefighter no less) having his car catch on fire due to his thermal tape. On top of that, thermal wrap can trap water and road grime, causing your headers to rust. Between the cost of the headers, and the time and energy needed to install them, I suggest forgetting the thermal tape.
