True Dual pics
Okay, one last time. I have gotten a few emails requesting pics of the "ultimate" true dual setup. This is not my exact setup, its on a friends 9.57 ET Z-28....but its pretty close to my setup just with dynomax bullets. I will be installing the same setup, with oval tubes, and lower profile mufflers. But that wont be til the snow flies this winter.
So here is a pic, of the cleanest install I have ever seen....ENJOY!!

Re: True Dual pics
I always thought that the further away the muffler was from the collecter that the sound would be better. Personally I've decided to go with 3" X pipe to 3" XR-1's, or Magnaflows, as far back as I can get them then turn down just before the axle.

Spintech.
Its seems to work pretty good, considering he is going for an 8 second ET this summer (fastest LT1 in the world when he does it) He uses a combination of supercharger and nitrous, without the big ratty sounding cam...so the car is actually pretty sneeky on the street.
Me on the otherhand, bigger cam, and dynomax mufflers make for bleeding ears. I will be doing an identicle setup with oval tubes for clearance, and if possible an X pipe would be cool, but I dont know if anybody has an oval pipe configuration for that.
