Default Question about price of 1995 Camaro

Ok, I'm looking at buying a 1995 Z28 without an engine with the following...

body, turbo 350 trans w/pistol grip shifter,3.73 rear, intake, fuel injection, heads(cast iron lt1's),Moroso CAI,I think its a trick flow elbow, fuel pressure reg&guage,CE adj panhard bar,255 intank pump w/racetronix wiring, exhaust manifolds, flowmaster 3inch in 3 inch out,T&A rear cover,16inch chrome wheels w/good tires. Throw in some white face oil water gauges, used jacobs ignition system, extra waterpump housing&electric water pump, used 90/10 adj CE drag shocks, stock ECM and hopefully a 6-speed one, might be some more stuff around here. Interior lil rough, exterior lil rough, 171,xxx mile on body

He wants $2500 for and I've got an LT1 out of a '94 Buick Roadmaster to go in it. I didn't want to spend more than $2000, but that was before he told me about all the extras. So, my question is all of that worth $2500 or not?

Guess how rough lil rough is?
Offer him $2250, if its been around awhile and he really needs to get rid of it, offer the $2k you were only planning on spending.

It's got some normal cracks and chips from wear in the paint on both bumpers. Two small dents on the rocker panel and a spot on the roof where the clear coat is coming off. Body work really isn't a problem. I'm going to school for automotive and I can get the auto body class right next to paint it for the cost of paint. Overall its in pretty damn good condition, but I really don't wanna spend $2500 on it.

Well figure out what you are going to keep, then figure out worst case scenario what you will get for the stuff you will sell. Throw $2k at him, how long has he been trying to get rid of it?

Ok. Another question... Someone on another board said,"...with a 94 Roadmaster, your gonna have to switch the ignition around to be compatible with the 95."Do you know what he means and what I'll have to switch?
