Default wiper motor

anybody had problems with their wiper motor?

mine would make a wierd buzzing sound when the wipers are parked. when i turn the wipers on, the buzzing sound went away. sometimes it buzzes, sometimes it doesn't. sometimes going over a bump triggers it, sometimes going over a bump shuts it up for weeks lol. i'm pretty sure i must've knocked something loose, or maybe it's going out.

either way, how do I get to the wiper motor for inspection, and if i choose so, to R&R it? chilton's didn't have anything to say...

btw, no fuses are being blown out either.

is the wiper motor under the plastic cowl panel under the hood, or is it under the dash?
