rough idle after 02 sensor install

rough idle after 02 sensor install well i installed new 02 sensors in the front and sims in the back and now my car has a rough startup then a idle of 1200 compared to the 800 it used to idle at. It also puts out a little smoke. what could be causing this. I had to undo the headers from the heads but I put em back on tight. Also the cats came up as bad when hooked up to a diagnostic.
