A friend of mine just did a ls1 swap on his S10 and we were wondering if the torsion differential out of one of my old f-body ten bolt would fit in his 10 bolt given that he get new 28 spline axles and gears or would every thing swap over. Both are 2 series rear ends I'm assuming auto S10 rears are 2 series...thx for any advice that would save us the trouble of having to tear both a part to find out they aren't the same.

the biggest thing is making sure they're both the same size 10 bolt. they came in 7.5" and 8.5". Not exactly sure what years though
