Those bulbs will just go out... same thing with the door panel bulbs...

reminder! if you replace one... its going to be brighter then the other... I would just get some red leds... talk to Brian2006, he will hook you up!...

its not that hard of a fix... you have to be able to solder some though... so here we go...
1. take out the airbag fuse
2. take out the 2 star head screws from the back steering wheel
3. pull off airbag
4. get the wire loose from inside the steering wheel
5. pull the buttons out from the steering wheel (maybe a small screwdriver, or you can just try and pull on the buttons... some come out easier then others)
6. unclip the wire harness on the back of the buttons
7. cut the stickers on the bottom of the buttons so that you can pull them apart
8. use a small screwdriver and separate the buttons from the back of the unit
**DONT LOOSE THE LITTLE METAL ROD THAT IS HOLDING THE BUTTONS IN!!! IT FALLS OUT REALLY EASY!! if you loose this you wont have any way of keeping your buttons in!**
9. pull off the red covering on the bulb (needle nose pliers or something of that sort)
10. unsolder the original bulb
11. get another bulb (not sure what size it is! sorry!! i will try and find out!)
12. solder the new bulb in and replace the red cap!

if that doesnt work or you mess up soldering or something you can wire the bulb/leds positive to the blue wire and ground on the white wire...
