Are there any differences between the 93-97 t-56 and the 98-02. Better yet will a t-56 out a 93-97 work in my 99 without any problems?

different input shaft/bellhouse i think.

in short, no it will not work

Different lenght input shaft , different front plate and different bellhousing as well .
