Well it looks like a pretty darn decent deal. Maybe get it and give us a review. Some things to consider will be spark plug access, if you have to do much relocation or give up any accessories like air conditioning,etc. How it will be for ground clearance. How the exhaust manifolds will hold up long term. How things fit. Also its weird it says no wastegate but comes with one in list. Althought it might be a copy not sure if its a real brand name one. Turbo might be ok and would think you could just bolt on other ones if need be. Also the kit does still require some stuff like they said but the main stuff does seem to be there.
I guess it comes down to someone you know or trust getting it and installing it and seeing what it can do.

Oh few more things came to mind. It might require an oil scavenger pump depending on how the turbo is positioned. If low enough it could use gravity drain to the pan which simplifies things. Also not likely that intercooler is very good. Thickness of the intercooler is not as important as how its made and how good it holds boost. Welds on it,etc. But again the kit looks pretty good really.
