Help 02 problems 
I have a 99 T/A and the SOS light has been coming on and its saying that both bank 1 sensor 2 (P0137)and bank 2 sensor 2 o2s (P0157) have low voltage. changed both out but light still comes back on 
can anyone please tell me wat would be cousing this to happen
need to get inspection done on the car
