Default I had no clue where to post this...

Ok, so i REALLY want an OEM WS6 hood, but there so damn expensive and i can't find one used.

So i found these on ebay:

1. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33646

2. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33646

3. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33646

And i was wondering if anyone has bought any of these.
And if oem hood mods, like the BG ram air mod would work on it.
And especially, how the fitment was.

Thanks a TON!

P.S. If you know anyone selling a WS6 hood let me know

The problem is that to get one from the dealer (the most sure way of making sure it is real) is that you need to give them your VIN, and if you car is not a WS6, GM wont give you the hood. My suggestion is that you buy an aftermarket one like the SLP hood. They are functional, and lighter.

American sports car designs has a pretty good looking hood. Its hard for me to tell if its a real GM product or not. If I had to go with something other than the GM hood thats what it would be.

Yeah, I had to have my VIN to get SS floormats on my old car. How lame is that.

Umm.. that hasn't been true for a couple years now.

BTW: I have a GM WS6 hood on my Formula and love it!
