Generation III External Engine - cant figure it out!

Im trying to remove the main engine harness for the tranny and sensors. im doing a swap for an M6 and am able get an M6 harness. it looks like id have to go into the dash as well. anyone ever swap out harnesses for an 02?

there are two connectors that go into interior under the computer. remove your computer and kick panel to see the wires, i think there is a blue connector and a white connector. remove those two and feed them through the firewall, i think thats all i removed.
