Nice , sent him a PM.. by the way. do you know if theres anyway to test them? The drivers side bulb was the one that was flickering then shutting off, but when I tried it on the passenger side ballast, it worked. And When I tried the the passenger bulb on the drivers side ballast, it would flicker, then shut off. So likely a bad ballast, correct?

That is what it sounds like to me man. When I first put them in they both flickered when I turned them on like the third time, but it turned out the battery one the car was dead, who knew that HID's drew so much power, lol. If you guys get something worked out, let me know and I will throw it in the box with this other stuff.--Tony

you did have the car on when you were doing this right? a ballast is essentially a transformer to get enough juice to the bulbs...

mmm...well the light stopped working while I was driving, So I assume its just bad? But when I swapped the light bulbs with different ballasts to make sure the HID bulb was good. The car was off. Also, the first time I swapped the bulb. It flickered/stayed on. Then I tried again and it flickered/turned off.
