I watched that jump live last night. UNBELEIVABLE is all I could say. I even ran downstairs and told my wife some guy just jumped the length of a football field...
The whole program was cool the way they broke down the physics of a few ultimate feats. Hawks 920 or 900 and Fluties hail mary. Both were able to pull it off due to their physical stature. Hawks long body and higher center of gravity and Fluties perfect 45* escape trajectory. Flutie through that ball 65 yds into a 30 mph wind. It was the equivalent of 80 yd without the wind. He is like 5 feet tall..lol IT was the perfect pass. The spiral was as key to it as the trajectory
