What is a good drag radial for the stock 16 inch wheels?

i think most will say nittos or bfgs, havent tried them and would also like to hear some opinions

255/50/16 Mickey Thompson drag radials! They hook like crazy! Too bad they wear really fast. I use mine only for track duty.

on a dd how many miles could i expect, and yes it will vary but are we talking less than 10,000miles

alot run nitto 555r's, buddy of mine got a new set of the bfg dr's and they hook awesome. look like a street tire but buddy in a 92 or 93 vette, 6 speed wit 3.08 gears pulled a 1.8 60' time wit the bfg's

Nittos are the worst for hooking at the track. BFG's are in the middle. I have no idea on street miles on the MT's. I doubt you'd get 10K out of them if you use them at the track much. They don't corner worth a crap and I hate driving with them on the street. They're awesome on the track though.
