Default fog light covers?

how would i take these off? do i have to pull off the bumper ?

No, you don't have to pull off the bumper. You need to jack the front end up, and look under the car where the bottom of the bumper wraps up and connect to the radiator support bar. There will be 3 panel clips. You'll need a panel clip removal tool to get those out, unless you feel like destroying them to get them out. After those are out. you can pull that flap down. Look towards the front and you'll see those rubber panels are attached with 2 self threading screws each. Sort of a pain to get to, You'll be best off using a ratcheting money wrench, or a 1/2 drive socket set. I think the screws were like 7 or 8 mm. Somewhere in that area.

I take it you're planning on adding some fog lights?

maybe adding fog lights...or opening up for some needed air flow...hehe

I would imagine it would be between $5 to $10. It just looks like a smaller crowbar with a wider edge at the base.
