I don't know much about it, but you can get it for less at Walmart:
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...uct_id=6537421
I saw it in the store the other day.
There are some reviews on Walmart's website too:
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/allRe...uct_id=6537421
(The 5th review down is a good read.)
I did a quick Google search when I first noticed the device in the store, but I mostly found threads like this one where people were asking for more info and no one really knew much about it.

I've found that alot of those work longer than anyone expects them to. The VR3 stuff actually has alot of features like usb and aux inputs for iPods. They are basically about the same quality as Jenson.
I have alot of clients that can't afford much so alot of the lessor brands come into play. Suprisingly, the cheapo head units while not having great sound quality do last and function just fine.
I installed a Nitro 4.3" touchscreen HU that has motorized faceplate, DVD playback, Bluetooth and all the bells and whistles with suprisingly good sound quality about a year ago. It is a 1.5DIN unit that fits in the 1DIN opening so it works great with GM and Chrysler products. It is only $329.00. This thing still functions flawlessly in my clients car and he loves the Bluetooth feature.
As far as VR3 is concerned I haven't used them but would say that it would probably work fine.
