Its not my ticket. It's a co-worker who is in Ohio.... Why plead guilty if you can win/ have it thrown out? In Texas alot of us fight and win. The 100 bucks for the lawyer is cheaper then the fine and messing with your driving record. I've beaten 3 tickets with a traffic lawyer and alot of people I know have very good success with them around here. Post this question in the Texas forum and you will get a bunch of reply's with favorite traffic lawyers. Like I said the 100 bucks for the lawyer is alot cheaper than the fine and you keep a clean driving record. By the way it was a 20 over speeding ticket. Not a big deal but neither is paying someone less than the fine to make it disappear When you get a traffic ticket here you get about 10-20 peices of mail from them offering there legal services anywhere from 50-100 bucks per infraction.
