I'd guess a schwitzer or an old KKK. The wheel looks brand new so maybe someone switched it out?

The whole turbo is brand new, it came to my work with a broken wastegate and was deemed junk, so I deemed it mine

The flange seems to be an odd size though, close to a T6 but not quite
