Default Replace the gaskets?

im doin a head/cam swap and was wondering if i need to get the new rubber gaskets or can i reuse the old ones?

I'd get all new gaskets if it were me if you have the cash.
But yes you can reuse your valve cover gaskets and intake gaskets, depending on your head gasket if its the metal type you can reuse that also but I'd get all new ones for shure for the rest dont forget your coolant crossover ones too they can be reused but for a cupple bucks why not.

this is true but damn the gaskets for these engines are expensive $120 for the timing cover and oil pan!!! i suppose ill shell out the extra just to make sure she is sealed up though might as well

Cheep inshurance for an expensive car I say.
But if money is a little tight you dont have to get your valve cover gaskets and intake gaskets that like 40 bucks or more right their and those are easy to get at if you have to replace them later.

yea i think i have to get new valve cover gaskets i have to get the different valve covers and ill prob leave the intake gaskets alone ill soon be replacing it
