yeah so i put my car in storage about a month ago and i went to start it today and it ran like complete ****, idling mostly at 3 grand then it started going from 1000 to then back to 3000. i didnt unhook the battery so i had to jump start it, i was thinking maybe it was idling so high because it was trying to charge the battery back up???? i didnt put any gas freeze line stuff in so hopefully i dont have water and **** in my gas.

any help would be great thanks.

most likely it was trying to re learn idle. If you shut it off and started it again it prob would be fine.

i dont think water accumulates in one month. my mower gas sits outside all winter and it will still run fine, even though i dont use it in the mower, i usually dump it in my wifes car. lol.

Sounds like your idle air control valve is sticky.
