Car won't start 2002 Z28, LS1, 4L60E, won't start if i turn the key. The starter does not turn, and i can't hear the abendix (sp?) engage. I talked to the local dealer and they said the VATS in the key cylinder, so i replaced it tonight and it still does the same thing. Any suggestions on what to look at?? I have never seen a starter that is just "dead", but i dunno. What should i look for?
