pre-turbo oil filter, any rear mounts run them?
I have seen certain vettes with pre-turbo oil filters that they run on their rear mounts, and i was wondering where they can be purchased?
i would also like to discuss their uses, like would they extend the life of the turbo and return pump, and would it be worth doing? i am looking at all the possible things that could be done to maximize turbo and pump life, and was wondering what ya'll thought as well. thanks!!

My oil feed to the turbo is right after the stock oil filter has done it's job. I'm ok with that.
I could see if a separate oil pump was being used to draw oil from the pan, to feed the turbo, there should definitely be a filter before the turbo. That approach would keep a leak from stealing oil pressure from the engine internals, at least until the oil in the pan got pumped out...
