I tried the search, but did not get a good answer. I think i know the answer but i will ask..

I will be purchasing a set of 17x9.5 and 17x10.5 rims. My questions is i know that 275/40/17 will fit up front on the 9.5 rim.. Whats the biggest size that will fit in the 10.5 rim for the rear. i think it is a 315/35/17?

Yes, 315/35R17. People usually put a 335/35/R17 or 345/35R17 on a 12" rim only. What rims you getting? Want my TTM's?

I don't think they have a Black with Chrome lip set. I believe it's just Black/Polished Lip.
