Best nitrous cam for stock displacement
Depending on intake PtoV I am thinking along the lines of a
230/242 112LSA
232/242 112LSA
This would be for a car running a 175-300 shot fully built internals 11:1 comp etc etc.
6400-6600rpm shiftpoint
What do you guys think?

top one is the G5X2. both look fine, but im not sure what kind of power you make on the hose with a different cam.

you could lower the LSA also, help bleed off some pressure from the cyl's.

Whats the in/ex lift of those cams?Any street duty
I ll buy all the forged internals and a 224/227-114 TR cam for my new engine i bealive its nearly the max of the streeteable cam in stock ci ls1 s but as you know everybodys def for cams&engines are different

Chris I think you should contact your local LS1 speed shop.I'm sure they could offer some quality advice.

G5X2 cam is 232/240
That would peak around 6500rpm depending on advance (intake valve closing point)
the one I mentioned was 230/242 on 112
I am sticking with my 230/230 112LSA cam. It has gotten me 11.1s at almost 124mph all motor with the 360ci motor so far.
200 shot "should" be good for a LOW ten possibly a high 9 at around 136-139mph

ps- My 230/230 112LSA cam is perfectly streetable and passed emissions to boot (with special tune of course
I would like to see how big a cam I could fit on the exhaust side with my 2 cc valve reliefs.
It would be cool to run something like a 234/244 on 111-112 with a little advance hehe...
