Default GM hot cam + 1.8 rockers

I am looking at a new cam sence I bent my pushrods. Has any one used the 1.8 rocker arms with the hot cam? Is it a big change over the hot cam by its self? If I did my math right the 1.8's would change the lift from .525 to about .553. Thanks for your help.

Andy

(edit)

Here is a list of my current mods:

lid, holly filter, slp mafs, lm, spec stag 3, shifter, maft, 160 deg stat, all free mods, and 100 shot NX kit, atap and I will have edit SOON.

No I dont, but money is tight right now and I so far the biggest bang for the buck is the hotcam. Just looking in to all my options.

Another question, do you have the hotcam already?
Reason for asking is that you can just get a cam w/ higher lift and keep the 1.7's. Money saved. There's a plethora of cam choices.

Go longtubes before you do a cam. That way you'll get more out of the cam.

You do not have a hater. The correct procedure for asking questions is to start Your own thread. When You want a particular person to answer Your question You should message that person. No hate intended, in fact I apologize for causing You to think that. I just noticed You are new and probably un-aware of this.
