Default 6.125 rods and pistons?

I cracked cylinder #7 due to overboost/overrev.

I'm looking to buy:
- LS6 block
- 6.125 Eagle H-rods
- 6.125 Diamond forged dished pistons $400 (6.100 are $1,000)

A vendor told me that Eagle H-rods at 6.100 would work, but 6.125 have different crank ends. I'm looking to go 6.125 to save cost.

Has anyone else done 6.125? Anyone know the Eagle website?

I have Eagle 6.125 rods with the Diamond -8.6cc FI pistons. Ask Chris at Diamond if you have any tech questions.

Thanks, I'm e-mailing Chris, he mentioned part # 11503 (blower/turbo piston). I'll have to double-check with him that they're 6.125 and cheaper than the 6.100.

I just ordered 6.125 Eagle H-rods with bolts from dyno-flo.com for $3xx.

...how do Eagle rods compare to Crower Sportsman 6.125 at about $450 per set?

Are both these stronger than stock?

I sure hope they're stronger than stock. They're pretty at least, and look alot like Carrillo rods.
