Just wanted to share some photos of a customer's z06 (383ci/novi 2000 10-rib kit) getting all of our custom in-house suspension tuning.















Here are some of our new services including pricing:

Snap-On VD31 Aligner: Custom Alignments setup for Road Race, Street, Strip, Auto-cross, Standing Mile, Etc.
- All vehicles, capability for 2/4-wheel alignments.
- Cradle Alignments for 04-06 GTOs

Intercomp LCD w/ Printout Scales
- 4 Corner Individual Weights with Full Vehicle Weight
- Capability to corner balance any vehicle depending on application.
- Before/After printouts of corner balance reports.

Full Custom Suspension Items
- All suspension items are bent & TIG'd in-house.
- 4130 and M/Steel applications
- F-Body jigs are already in the making - Rear lower control arms, panhard bar, torque arm, front a-arms upper/lower, k-member, sfcs, stbs, etc.
- Powdercoating

On-Site Race Track Tuning
- For the serious enthusiast!
- Even though Jay can work his magic in-house here, there is nothing like tuning in the real world environment. Jay is available for on-site road race or drag strip tuning.

Labor Rates:

Alignment: Labor is at our normal labor rate of $95/hour. Included for rack time and inspection.

Scaling (Just Vehicle Weight): $125.00

Corner balance labor is also at our normal labor rate of $95/hour
- Scale Setup Fee: $50.00

F-Body Suspension Items: Public sale not ready yet. In-House items call for pricing

On-Site Tuning: Rates based on per job basis. Discounts given for current customers.

thats hot stuff.
i'm telling my friend roberto to call you about alignment/corner weighting.
hot vette.
i'm surprised it weighs so much and the front weight bias i guess due to the supercharger/etc.
that c5 3457 -> my rx7 weighs 2825.
that c5 54.5% front -> my rx7 is 49.45% front.

can you post results from all your cars so we can see real world statistics of our cars?

Scott: I'll be keeping track of every individual alignment. I'm coming up with a nice spreadsheet to keep the data in. Of course I can't relinquish the data without customer approval

This car also has a semi 6-pt rollbar in it, so that's some additional weight.
