is 02 sims suposed to blink red on and off??

I was just wondering if they where suposed to blink?v I noticed it when i was checking everything out under there.

I have never seen an O2 sim with a light on it ???

Hmmm, I've never seen that either. The voltage should fluctuate quite a bit, though.
