Default LS1 F body vs vette flywheel/clutch

I'm doing an engine swap and was wondering what the difference was between the LS1 F body (Camaro/firebird) and the vette flywheel clucth?
I'm looking at a 2001 LS1 vette engine and wondering if the fltwheel/clutch will work with a T56 bothed to it.

I thought the flywheels were identical, actually think the whole clutch is interchangeable save for hydraulics.

I thought they were too. The aftermarket clutches have VERY similar numbers, identical specs, but the vette ones cost about $100 more.
