concered with my valve kissing my piston
as most of yall know i broke a valve spring not to long ago and now i have it where im going to get the car running so heads come off and wtf do i see on the driver side .... #1 and #3 pston are equal(like at the bottom of the block) and the #5 and #7 are equal aswell(these are up at the top)!.... should i be concernd???? the valve dropped a bit but didnt come complete off some guy told me it should be ok .......but im not quite 100% about that answer plz help me!

i drove my ss about 10-15 miles across town because i didnt want to pay to have it towed after a valve spring broke and never had any problems after new valves were installed. as long as the valve didnt drop you should be fine, otherwise you would see indentions in the top of the piston, a valve isnt strong enough to crack the crank but if the valve gets locked up in the lowered position it could really mess up the chamber
