Appropriate place to sell a Gen II firebird?
My father has the following:
1980 Firebird Esprit
Emerald Green (was orignally a Yellowbird)
Crager rims
4spd slushbox
301 V8
This car is all OEM except for the rims and has less than 100k on it (he guessed 80k). He asked me the following:
"I've decided to sell the 1980 Firebird. I don't want to simply set it out with a "for sale" sign, I would rather find something like a website where classic cars are auctioned. Or a special interest group."
Thoughts? I told him I'd look here first. I didn't want to tell him that I really don't think the car is all that special .

Well, ebay is always a good place to do market research and see how much interest there is in a given model, and who knows... you might get what you want for it. I like Autotrader.com because for about $45-55, you can list until it sells. Much more exposure.
