Switching to smaller cam from Trex... anything that I should change?

Switching to smaller cam from Trex... anything that I should change? I'm switching to a smaller cam... most likely either 220/226 or 224/228 with just around .600 of lift on both intake and exhaust. I was wondering if I need to change anything else besides the cam. Thanks.
