Default Anyone install a big cam after putting in 1.8 rockers

Can I install a bigger cam now that I've installed 1.85 rockers and 918 springs. I got differing answers from Comp Cams techs. One told me I could do it, but must take into account the 0.048 extra lift. Another tech said the LS1 PCM is "FINICKY" and the computer won't adjust to a bigger cam once the higher ratio rockers are installed. He said it would run so bad I would end up pulling the new cam out and put back the factory cam. Has anyone installed a bigger cam after putting some high ratio rockers.

The biggest problem you will deal with is the added stress on the rocker itself. With a high ramp rate cam...they stand a very good chance of breaking at higher rpm's and floating valves. Its not the best idea unless you use a mild lift cam.
