Default New LS1 Owner..... ;)

But not new to f-body's haha... havn't even picked her up yet drove it and put a deposit down

2000 Z28 Hardtop 6-Speed w/ 92,500 on her

Paid $6800

Mods:
SLP Loudmouth
Short Stick
Lid
4 Point SFC's
Bilstien Shocks/Struts
New Motor @55k in 04-05 (Hydrolocked)
New Tranny @ 65k in 04-05 (Popping out of gear)

Has receipts /\




Good Deal Guys??

Already got LCA's, Torque Arm, BMR/Blistiens, Panhard, Strut Bar, Poly Bushings, Poly Tranny Mount @ my shop time to order some pacesetters and a Y

Nice car!!!! I just picked up a 2000 hardtop A4 like amonth ago as well. The only difference is this is my First Chevy and LS1, I don't know why I didn't come over to this side earlier!

What are your plans? Also for reference I paid $9,600 for 51k miles. But I have cloth and only a cass stereo until Tuesday then the Alpine and Ipod connector are going in

Good lookin Z. I think you paid a good amount for it! You don't see many hardtops... looks awesome with a clean smooth top! Nice buy!!

Looks nice! The offset on the rear wheels look strange though.

werd on the wheels. Thats a great deal. to bad you dont live in hawaii you could sell that for twice what you paid.

long tubes, ORY, under drive pulley, P&P throttle body, MSD Wires, 3" Electric Cutout (for the end of ORY)



coming next 18's out back with 17's in the front and a black berger panel

good choice on going with a berger imo it looks so sexy with the dark wheels dark top and dark grill

ya debating on chrome or black with polished lip atm on the rims

wanted the new Z06 rims but a guy in our club already has a red Z28 with them (has Ultra Z hood to) but thats the only diff

Good deal on the Z28 for sure.

Hard top = You'll regret it especially if you had it on your last f-body.

I would have to say that your #1 mod, like do it right, is take those stock rims OFF! Those rear look wayyyyy too skinny.

how did the original motor hydrolock?

i'm sorry, but i would think to chew up a motor and tranny in under 100k you'd have to abuse the snot out of that car.

tranny was popping out of gear when he got it in 04 and with the hydrolock he didnt know it was that deep he said he thought he was driving his excursion or something and just went through it

Ya I have t-tops from my old car and all the weatherstripping it might be getting them.. ya rims and tires are going

been looking up LS2 heads, 228/232 cam and 90/90 does 444/402 on baseline
