Default c5 brakes
Is there any real performance difference between c5 brakes vs. c5 zo6 brakes? Thanks for the help.

No difference, just z06 are red, and c5 black.

Thanks I found a good deal and I'm planning on doing a c5 conversion on my SS now.

Weren't the brakepad compounds different though? Not that that probably counts towards the question, but I am curious....

Yes, the Z06 had a specific pad compound. It was rumored to be a Hawk pad, somewhere between an HPS and an HP+ (as I remember). Many guys really like them for street/mild performance pad.
