Default Broken rear?

With the rear on stands, and the car in PARK,when I spin the tires by hand the posi locks and the tires can be rotated with some resistance forward or back as many revolutions as desired WITHOUT moving the driveshaft. Thoughts....... are both axles on the clutch? or.... is the drive side mechanically disconnected/sheared?

It sounds ok to me. A posi will slip with some resistance, some will require more force than others.

take the wheels and the brake caliper/drum off and pull on the axle... if its broke it will usually pull out.

I will probably leave it on the stands. I have one of your fab 9's coming the end of this month anyway. It does not compute though, the car could roll in park!
