Default Passenger Side Wiper Trouble.

Ok guys, heres the issue. My drivers side wiper arm works perfectly, in fact, flawlessly. The passenger side wiper all of a sudden doesn't go up or down. I can see the little motor or whatever it is, is moving under the arm, but the arm is just sitting there. How do I fix this? Anyone know? I'm gonna go rip it apart and try to figure it out. I'll try and take a video.

ehh its the passenger side, who cares

At least it isn't your driver side, that's always the one to act up on me. My guess is the retention clip came loose (I think that's how they are kept on).

ok I took it apart and figured it out. On the 97's there is a big plastic shroud. Each of the wiper arms gets a really nice plastic arm to cover it. I had to pop off the little plastic cover that goes over the arm. Once that was popped off there was a bolt with a nut. The bolt was connected to a motor and the nut held the arm onto the motor. I just had to tighten the nut to the bolt. Booyah!
