Prepping slave and pilot bearing.
Hey just wondering what you guys use to prep a new slave and pilot bearing lube wise. And where do you lube? Im spending a lot of time doing this crap on my back and dont want to screw up something stupid.

lube up the input shaft with some sort of grease. It'll be coated in clutch material dust in no time though. I think it really just helps with the install as the 2nd time I pulled the transmission, it didn't look like I had greased it much at all.
I don't think there's anything you need to do to the throwout bearing. I may have smeared a small amount of grease on it but when you consider how it presses onto the fingers of the pressure plate and the heat it goes through, it'll be dry within a bit of time.
